It is with great enthusiasm that Soroptimist International of Oak Harbor invites you to our FREE second annual Human Trafficking Awareness Night on January 14th at 7pm at the Oak Harbor Elks Club.  As Soroptimists worldwide strive to improve the lives of women and girls in our local communities and throughout the world, it is imperative that we all realize the impact that Human Trafficking has on our own communities.  Detective Raymond Payette and Detective Oscar Ramos from Vancouver, B.C., will be our keynote speakers.  We will also hear from Margie Porter, Executve Director of CADA and Detective Sergeant Teri Gardner of Oak Harbor Police Department.
