Stop the Presses! Whidbey Printers Named November’s Business of the Month

The Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce and its Business of the Month Committee is pleased to announce November Business of the Month – Whidbey Printers.

Becky King began working at Whidbey Printers in the summer of 1994 while her husband Eric was on his last deployment with the Navy. In 1995 they purchased the company.  “We both wanted to remain on Whidbey and this seemed like a great way to be able to do that” Eric shared.

At Whidbey Printers their goal has always been to provide friendly, respectful customer service. They strive to make the best possible product for their customers and exceed their expectations.

While Whidbey Printers focuses primarily on business to business printing services; they also provide photocopy services in both black and white, and color.

Of course the majority of what they print is designed in-house, in collaboration with the customer.

Including the use of Whidbey Printers exclusive Whidbey Bond stationary paper which is a fine, 25% cotton, laser friendly sheet watermarked with an image of Whidbey Island.

Active in Oak Harbor, both Eric and Becky have stayed involved in the community through many avenues including being active Chamber  members since 1995.

Eric has served on the Boards of the Oak Harbor Chamber and the Island County Economic Development Council, and the City of Oak Harbor’s Comprehensive Plan Task Force.

Becky is a member and Past President of Soroptimist International of Oak Harbor and currently is serving as the Board President of North Whidbey Help House and Board Vice President of the Boys and Girls Club of Oak Harbor.

Despite their reputation for quality products, customer service and community involvement, Eric and Becky were still delighted to learn of their selection.

“What a very pleasant surprise, thank you so much, for selecting us as the November Business of the Month,” they said.
